Beyond Platforms: Swarm Space and Creator Independence | Something Spectacular Episode 4

06:03:42 25 Mar, 2026

In this fourth episode of Something Spectacular, the conversation moves between technology, recovery, friendship, creativity, and the strange grace of finding the right people at the right time. The episode begins with a deeply personal reflection and a dedication to the Behind the Screen with Lumina: Obsidian Butterfly work with @SatoriD, before opening out into a live discussion with the mastermind of the Swarm Space, @MindsGaming about decentralised communication, recording, torrents, blockchain authentication, and the dream of building platforms that do not control the people using them. From there, the conversation turns toward harder-earned wisdom as @RogerHanson talks frankly about sobriety, the discipline of repetition, the importance of focusing on the task at hand, poverty, self-worth, and the role of guidance, suggestion, and community in helping people survive and rebuild. https://youtu.be/v_72dhBptR8
